Bestückung und Zusammenbau des 4 Kanal PC817 Trigger Moduls

Das EI-OT 4 Kanal PC817 Optokoppler Trigger Modul ist bereits mit SMD Komponenten bestückt. Zur Inbetriebnahme müssen nachfolgende Komponenten wie in nebenstehender Grafik (zum Vergrößern auf das Bild klicken) bestückt / verlötet werden

Die Bestückung des EI-OT 4 Kanal Optokoppler Trigger Modul Schritt für Schritt:

1. Das ESP8266  Modul auf den Pads platzieren und mittels einer Klemme (oder Wäscheklammer) fixieren. Alle 16 Kontakte des ESP8266 mit den Pads verlöten
2. Verbinde 4 Stück der 2-poligen WJ126 Schraubklemme miteinander. Stecke die nun 8-polige Schraubklemme auf IN1 bis IN4 und verlöte die Pins auf der Rückseite
3. Die 2-polige KF350 Schraubklemme auf der Vorderseite der Platine durchstecken und beide Pins auf der Rückseite verlöten
4. Die 5-polige, 1-reihige Pinleiste von der Vorderseite der Platine durchstecken und alle 5 Pins auf der Rückseite verlöten

Das EI-OT 4 Kanal Optokoppler Trigger Modul ist fertig bestückt.

Besides the SMD components, the EI-OT 4 Channel PC817 Trigger Module requires additional components.

Assembling of the EI-OT 4 Channel Optocoupler Trigger Module Step by Step:

1. Put the ESP-8266 Module in correct direction on position, fix it with a clip or clothes peg and solder it
2. Put together 4 pcs. WJ126 2-pole Screw Connector. Put the 8-pole Screw Connector on top side of IN1 to IN4 and solder Pins on backside
3. Put the  2-pole KF350 Screw connector on on top of PCB and solder the 2 Pins from backside
4. Put the 5-pole Pinheader on on top of PCB and solder the Pins from backside

The basic assembling of the EI-OT 4 Channel Optocoupler Module is finished.
